Thank you for supporting my art! To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please read the terms below carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping and Delivery

• Processing time: Ready-to-ship artwork is packed and dispatched within 5 business days.

• Order tracking: All shipments include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

• Customs and duties: International buyers are responsible for any import taxes and customs duties applicable in their country.

• Damaged packages: Every artwork is packaged with the utmost care. If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of both the outer packaging and the artwork, then contact me at [your email] within 48 hours of delivery so I can file a claim.

2. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Original artwork and Print: Due to the unique and delicate nature of original paintings, all sales of original artwork and print are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted.

• Return shipping costs: Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

• Cancellations: You can request a cancellation for standard orders within 24 hours of purchase.

3. Commissioned and Custom Art

• Initial deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before the creation of any custom artwork begins.

• Revision process: The price includes up to two rounds of minor revisions during the sketch or intermediate validation phase. Any major changes requested after these stages will incur additional fees.

• Final sale: Custom and commissioned artworks are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged once the final product is approved by the buyer and shipped.

4. Copyright and Intellectual Property

• Retention of rights: The purchase of a physical artwork (original or print) does not transfer copyright. The artist, Guylaine Dupont (Cygnature Guylaine )retains the exclusive right to reproduce, digitalize, and distribute the image for commercial or promotional purposes.

• Personal use only: The buyer acquires the right to display the artwork in a private setting. Any reproduction, modification, or commercial use (digital resale, advertising, etc.) is strictly prohibited without a written licensing agreement.
